Cameilia is an emerging artist based in Inverell, NSW. After some unexpected success in a local art prize in 2020, Cameilia was able to leave her job in financial planning and pursue a full time career creating art.

Cameilia takes on commissions of various styles and subjects, but her passion lies with painting landscapes that have a strong contrast between light and dark, and often incorporate an element of water. Through her pieces, Cameilia aims to draw you in and evoke a sense of calm.

Cameilia was selected as a Finalist in the Lethbridge Small Scale Prize 2023 and Doyles Art Prize 2023, and has been awarded 2 acquisition prizes at the Inverell Art Prize in 2020 and 2023.
