Teneille Grace

Teneille has been a creative soul for her whole 36 years on this earth; from a young age she could be found with a pencil and paintbrush in hand. Today, she creates work mostly in acrylics on canvas, with a versatile approach, producing both realistic and more abstract depictions. Each genre allows her to access and explore different parts of herself. Her more realistic work allows her to tell a story through colour and subject matter, while providing an opportunity to display her technical abilities. Her abstract work is an exploration of colour and form, providing the viewer with a very visceral experience. Although Teneille is relatively new to the professional art scene, she has been painting for a very long time. She was a finalist in The Toowoomba Gallery’s Next Big Thing 2024 Art Prize. This year, she was also a finalist in Aspire Gallery’s Petite Pieces Competition. Some of her recent abstract work is also stocked in the beautiful, colour emporium that is Greenhouse Interiors.
