Greta Hounslow

Greta is a self taught artist based in her home town of Hobart, Tasmania.  Her favoured medium is acrylics. Greta’s extensive travel throughout remote Australia, her time spent in an Aboriginal community and her work with native plants through bush revegetation are all strong influences in her contemporary Australian paintings. 

The Australian outback has become a part of Greta and and is now forged through colour and texture into her authentic, calming contemporary art. A celebration of life and light in the natural world.
