I have had a lifelong love of Art and find the compulsion to make art stronger than ever. I
live on a Family farm near Barraba, NSW and I am inspired by the landscape around me and
regional living. Whether in the Garden or on the farm, the light, colour and form are my
inspiration. My style for painting still life tends to be representational, however with
Landscapes I am enjoying pushing into a looser, more contemporary space with more
drama, colour and movement. I mostly paint in oils, as I like the textures and softness of oil
paint. I am working to improve my Art practise and increase the time I can commit to
creativity.
