Adrian Briffa

Adrian Briffa is an emerging mosaic artist and loves working with stained
glass. I have always been mesmerised by lead lighting having stained
glass windows in my first house. In 2002, I was first introduced to
mosaics for an art project in primary school involving tiles. I am self-
taught Toowoomba based artist and enjoy creating unique colourful
handcrafted eye-catching pieces. Photographs of my work don’t always
do it justice due to ever-changing shimmering glass and sparkle
resulting from the surroundings, giving that 3 rd dimension. I want to show
people that amazing things can be created with stained glass and that
it’s not just for church windows or sun catchers.
From contemporary, to traditional, to abstract you will be bound to find a
mosaic that will win a place in your home and treasured for years to
come. Care for design, eminence and longevity of each handcrafted
piece is paramount and no two artworks are ever the same. All my
mosaics are weather resistant for outdoor display.
