If I have ordered online, when will my order be shipped to me

We will do our best to ship most of the pieces from the art show the following week. Please keep in mind we are run by volunteers and we will work as quickly as possible to dispatch your orders. Any orders that are 'Online Only' will be shipped directly to you by the artist. We will encourage artists to ship artworks as soon as possible after the show concludes, however please give us time to package safely so they arrive in perfect condition. 

Any orders with a total greater than $2000 you will receive a shipping quote the following week. Once this payment is finalised your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. 

 

What does Online Only mean

Some of the artworks are labelled Only Only, this is because they are not physically in the show on display. They are available for purchase on our online store and will be shipped directly to you from the artist. 

When does the store close

The online store will close on xxxxx. 

I don’t have a ticket to Opening Night, High Tea or Art Among Friends - Can I still attend Art Show in person?

Yes, absolutely! Admission is $5 at the door, everyone is welcome and children aged 18 and under are free! We have a outdoor Cafe in operation during the entire weekend, with live music and a bar available from 3pm. Bring your friends and family. You can visit the Art Show on Saturday between 9:30am and 7pm and on Sunday from 9.30am to 4pm.

 

I have a ticket to one of the events, but I can no longer attend - what is your Cancellation Policy?

Help! I’m lost! How do I find you? Where do I park? Is Art Show wheelchair accessible?

Art Show is located in the Assembly Hall at Toowoomba Grammar School.

Parking can be found in the TGS school grounds in parking spaces off Margaret Street or off Herries Street. Click here for the map of TGS Campus

Yes, there is a wheelchair ramp available to enable entry into the Assembly Hall.

 

Can I take photographs inside the exhibition?

We respectfully request that no photographs are taken of the artwork. Images of all works are available in our online store. Our friendly volunteers can help you find the link to the pieces you love.

 

Do I need to RSVP to go to the Sneak Peek event on Thursday 24 March?

No, if you are a sponsor, artist, local stylist and/or a event ticket holder (Opening Night, High Tea or Art Among Friends) you do not need to RSVP. Open between 5:30pm-6:30pm. Click here for more information

 

How do I become a sponsor in 2024?

How does your online shop work? I won’t be at Opening Night and am worried all the good pieces will be gone… When can I see the full catalogue?

Don’t despair, we have over 1,000 pieces in our online shop so there will definitely be something you love still available. 

The online shop will be open for viewing (no purchasing) from Tuesday 14 March 2023 until Sunday 19 March 2023.

Online Sales commence straight after opening night from 10:30pm Friday 24 March 2023. Click here at that time

 

I’ve seen a piece on your Instagram page that I LOVE!! Can I reserve a piece or buy it before the Shop opens?

Unfortunately no. The first opportunity to purchase art is Opening Night and not before. Our online shop opens for sales from 10.30pm Friday 24 March 2023.

Can I take it earlier if I don’t live in Toowoomba?

As a rule, no. However, we are willing to negotiate and will attempt to find a solution that works for everyone.

 

Do you ship?

Yes. We ship works worldwide. Our team of volunteers will pack the art and ship with one of our preferred courier companies. 

 

Does the shipping cost get added on when you purchase the art online?

If you request shipping then it will be added to the purchase at checkout. Domestic shipping rates for pieces under $2,000 are calculated per piece at the checkout, while for pieces over $2,000, or international shipping, a personalised quote will be supplied after the purchase. We will work with you for the best outcome. Shipping on works up to $2,000, starts at $40 and goes up to $150. Most pieces over $2,000 will cost around $250-$299 to capital cities on the eastern seaboard. 

 

When will my shipped work arrive?

We will begin packing and sending pieces from the Monday following the show. Most freight companies recommend allowing at least 14 business days.

 

What if I don’t like the work once it arrives or it arrives damaged?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged then please get in touch within 24 hours of arrival and we will work to find a solution. Further information on refunds can be found in our Cancellation Policy - Click Here
