Collection: Gail McKenzie

Gail McKenzie is an Australian artist based in Sydney. She specialises in landscape painting, working primarily in oil.

Inspired by the natural environment, Gail’s plein air paintings and drawings form the foundation of her studio practice, where scenes are distilled and simplified into considered, expressive works.

She has been a finalist in multiple art prizes, including the Mosman Art Prize in 2018, and has held two solo exhibitions as well as participated in numerous group shows.
