Sarah is a self taught Artist living in Regional Victoria with her husband and young daughter.

She enjoys singing while she paints and 'The Singing Artist' is a highlight real on her instagram page.

"I hope that my artwork can evoke feelings of joy, happiness and calm within a collector every time they walk past it hanging in their home. The aim is for my work to bring on an involuntary smile every time you see the piece that best connects with you.

I believe that art is such a powerful tool and has the capacity to bring warmth and joy to a home, aiding in the overall wellbeing of those who live there.

I am a creative, expressive and passionate person who, for as long as I can remember, has always been creating in one form or another. I was drawn to start painting again in 2017. It began as a way for me to let go of things that felt bigger then myself. To surrender those things onto the canvas and no longer hold onto them, releasing me from the weight of their burden. A hobby quickly became a passion and I have been experimenting and learning ever since.

At the beginning of 2020, while patiently awaiting the birth of our first child, I started to make painting a daily practice. Being on parental leave gifted me more time to explore my passion and develop my style.

My explosive art style allows spontaneity into my work, whereas my swirl art allows me to practice control and focus. I paint very intuitively and so these two styles allow me the opportunity to work with whatever state of expression I need to release on any particular day."
